PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be directed in writing to our administrative staff.

- Partial refund, minus $50 late-cancel fee OR - Purchase replacement seat at new event ($50)

Unused funds are eligible for refund, less any applicable fees, for 1 year after purchase date. |

1st time (>7 days before event) | $0 |
Additional Reschedules (>7 days before event) | $40 Admin Fee per request |
1-7 days before event | $50 Replacement Seat Fee |
Please Note: additional registration costs may apply if you choose to reschedule for a higher-cost event format or an event more than 1 year after your original purchase date. |
